Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate behavioral health nursing care to patients in need
• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and families

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of psychiatric assessment and intervention techniques
• Familiarity with de-escalation and crisis management
• Understanding of patient safety and confidentiality standards
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
