Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, managing chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Active California medical license with no disciplinary actions.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
