Shift Type: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate home health visits, typically 5-6 patients per day

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy treatments for patients in a Home Health setting
Develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
Collaborate with home health supervisors and other healthcare professionals
Accurately document patient progress and mileage for reimbursement

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant certification
0-6 months of experience (new grads considered in extreme cases)
2 professional references required, with at least one within the past 12 months

Education

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organization
