Location: West Jordan, Utah

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and after hours. May require standard hours/shifts as well as flexible hours before and after standard hours/shifts, and overtime or in excess of 40 hours in a work week.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders
Participate in professional responsibilities, including documentation, program development, teaching, and enhancement of clinical skills
Perform a variety of therapeutic interventions, including ADL retraining, patient education, and manual therapy

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
BLS certification
Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit
Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR)

Education

Physical Therapist degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques
Patient care and education
Electronic medical records (EMR)
Dry Needling Certification (optional)
