Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and craft personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to boost strength, mobility, and daily function
Educate patients and families on exercises, safe movements, and home adaptations for lasting independence
Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to optimize care and outcomes
Monitor progress closely and tweak treatment plans for the best results
Maintain precise documentation to uphold high standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in California
Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive independently and in a team

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
