Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy to a diverse patient population
- Deliver 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license required
- Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
- Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards
- Ability to adapt treatment plans for diverse patient needs
- Time management and organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently
