Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 ten-hour days with flexible scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
Treat a diverse caseload including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy sessions
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care when needed
Participate in early intervention programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Schedule your own patients and manage your time efficiently

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license
BLS certification required
At least some pediatric experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with pediatric outpatient therapy
Competence in treating developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA
