Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (varies, typically 8-hour shifts), no weekends or holidays
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals
- Provide vestibular rehabilitation for patients with balance disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR system
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license
- BLS and CPR certifications
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Vestibular and fall prevention strategies
- Geriatric patient care
- Time management and patient education skills
