Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Treat up to 12 patients per day in 10-hour shifts
Manage a caseload of mostly orthopedic patients with a variety of diagnoses
Collaborate with rehab aides and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes
Assist in acute inpatient care if needed

Qualifications

Valid Oregon Physical Therapy license (can be obtained after submittal)
BLS certification required
Outpatient experience is a must
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently in a busy clinic setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedic physical therapy
Ability to adapt treatment plans for a wide variety of patient conditions
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Flexibility to help with acute care if needed
Time management and organizational skills
