Physical Therapist - Inpatient/Outpatient
Location: Caldwell, Texas
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 09-28-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurologic deficits, wound care, and general debility
- Collaborate with a supportive therapy team and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Precept new hires or students as needed by the unit
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards of 7 treatment hours per day
Qualifications
- Active Texas and national physical therapy license required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently within a supportive team environment
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of orthopedic, neurologic, and wound care rehabilitation
- Proficient in acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapy techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to varied patient diagnoses and acuity levels
