Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments that help patients regain strength and mobility
• Create customized care plans that meet each patient's unique recovery goals
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued progress at home
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• BLS certification required
• DCI/BVP certification preferred
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach
• Ability to work independently in an offsite clinic setting

• Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Patient assessment and care planning
