Location: Chicago Heights, Illinois

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday/Wednesday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (open to negotiation, 2 late days required until 7:00 PM closing)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments that help patients regain strength and mobility
- Create customized care plans that meet each patient's unique recovery goals
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued progress at home
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- BLS certification required
- DCI/BVP certification preferred
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Ability to work independently in an offsite clinic setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Documentation and progress tracking
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
