Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples with precision and care
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws efficiently
• Label and document specimens accurately
• Maintain sterile technique and safety protocols
• Assist in phlebotomy training and orientation
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely specimen transport

Qualifications

• PHLEB certification required
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
