Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts, day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on upper extremity therapy including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
- Treat a variety of diagnoses including CVA, MS, head injury, and orthopedics (80-100% orthopedics)
- Cover acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
- Document patient progress using ReDoc (outpatient) and Meditech (acute)
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapy License required
- BLS certification required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics and upper extremity therapy
- Lymphedema training preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
- Upper extremity therapy techniques
- Manual therapy skills
- Proficiency with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
