Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one patient care with personalized 45-minute appointments every hour
• Perform thorough evaluations and create measurable treatment goals tailored to each patient
• Develop and implement effective treatment programs based on comprehensive assessments
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans every six weeks to ensure optimal patient progress
• Apply appropriate occupational therapy techniques and physical modalities for each diagnosis
• Document progress reports promptly to support physician follow-ups and insurance compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Outpatient and hand therapy experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in the field
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Experience with physical modalities and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with patience and positivity
• Team collaboration and active listening skills
