Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible, with every 3rd weekend requirement)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Implement OASIS (government-mandated form) with accuracy
Work effectively with patients with various diagnoses (e.g., ortho, strokes, joints, spinal injuries)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license
1+ year of experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a home health setting
Experience with OASIS and Cerner EMR
BLS certification required

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in Occupational Therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of government-mandated forms (OASIS)
Proficiency in Cerner EMR
