Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility assistance to reduce fall risk
Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate effectively with care team
Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training to maintain best practices
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment that centers resident dignity

Qualifications

Current LNA certification (Licensed Nursing Assistant) — active/valid
Comfortable providing direct patient care and assisting with ADLs
Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player
Ability to complete orientation and required facility onboarding

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved LNA training program (required for LNA certification)

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic patient care and infection control principles
Competence in taking and documenting vital signs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
