Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a variety of settings
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in New Hampshire
• BLS certification from AHA preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• No prior experience required - we welcome new graduates

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Proficient in taking and recording vital signs
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Empathy and patience in patient interactions
