Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze clinical workflows and implement health IT solutions to enhance patient care
Provide training and support to clinical staff on EHR systems and informatics tools
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical systems and data integrity
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and go-live activities
Develop and maintain clinical documentation standards and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and patient safety standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical informatics
Strong communication and training skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
Understanding of clinical workflow optimization
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality initiatives
