Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support
• Document patient information accurately
• Support mobility and exercise routines
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Experience in geriatric care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic nursing skills and patient hygiene
• Fall prevention and safety protocols
• Medication assistance and charting
• Team collaboration and communication
• Time management and organization
