Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to seniors
• Help with mobility and transfer tasks safely
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document care activities accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing assistant license
• Experience with geriatric care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Commitment to providing high quality patient care
