Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to elderly patients, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living, from bathing to feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

• Patient care fundamentals
