Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4-10 hour day shifts per week with rotating call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist nursing staff and physicians during procedures with efficient equipment operation
Disinfect and process endoscopic equipment to maintain the highest safety standards
Set up procedure rooms and ensure all supplies are ready for complex cases
Transport patients safely and provide compassionate support throughout their visit
Stock rooms with supplies and equipment to keep procedures running smoothly
Apply EKG monitors, BP cuffs, and pulse oximetry to prepare patients for procedures

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Registered with DORA as a CO Surgical Tech
2 years of Endoscopy experience with advanced case expertise
SGNA Associates Program and/or Advanced Associates Program preferred
IAHCSMM CER Certification highly preferred

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Endoscopy and GI procedures
Skilled in equipment disinfection and troubleshooting
Strong patient transport and support abilities
Experience with polypectomy, biopsies, ERCP, and dilations
Ability to assist with high-level, complex cases
