Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient preparation and instrument setup
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Document patient records accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic appliance care
• Coordinate appointment flow to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dental assisting certification preferred
• Experience in orthodontic procedures such as braces and Invisalign
• Strong communication skills and patient‑focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and treatment protocols
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
• Ability to sterilize instruments and follow infection control standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
