Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans for emergency and inpatient patients using state-of-the-art GE scanners
• Start IVs and administer contrast as needed for optimal imaging results
• Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support staffing needs
• Participate in call rotation, responding within 30 minutes when on call
• Precept new staff as needed to ensure high standards

Qualifications

• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Texas MRT license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience, including ER and inpatient
• Proficiency with Meditech and Fuji systems
• IV start experience required

Knowledge & Skills

• CT scanning techniques with and without contrast
• Operation of GE 16-slice and 64-slice scanners
• Emergency and inpatient imaging protocols
• Radiology dosimetry badge usage
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
