Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, five shifts per week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our long-term care unit
Assist patients with daily living activities to help them feel comfortable and supported
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care in a small-town setting
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to ensure their well-being
Create a warm, caring environment where residents feel valued and at home

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Montana
At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting
Dependable, self-motivated, and compassionate approach to care
Ability to work well with others and thrive in a team environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
