Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care through a variety of nursing support tasks
Support patients across multiple care units including SNF, ICF, medical, and surgical
Deliver personalized home care services when needed
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Adapt to rotating shifts and diverse clinical environments with enthusiasm

Qualifications

Active CNA certification
Current BLS/BCLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in patient care
Ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in providing direct patient care and support
Comfortable working in hospital and long-term care settings
Flexible and adaptable to various shifts and care units
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Dedicated to maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort
