Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in West Virginia
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to patient care
