Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in the Clifton Hills Unit
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing excellent care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care procedures
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and transferring residents
