Location: Bakersfield, CA

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, specific shifts and call requirements: Rotate call for inpatient cases, emergent cases, etc. 1x/week, 1 weekend/month - weekend call runs from Fri evening through Mon AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with cath lab procedures, including scrubbing and monitoring hemodynamics
Work effectively with RN staff to provide conscious sedation
Manage and maintain a high volume of cases, up to 22 per day

Qualifications

Current Cath Lab experience required
ARRT, Fluoro, and BLS certifications
Comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, and cardiac drips

Education

Medical laboratory or radiologic technologist education

Knowledge & Skills

Cath Lab procedures and equipment
Hemodynamics monitoring
Conscious sedation administration
Cardiac and coronary interventions
Vascular and peripheral procedures
General IR and neuro intervention procedures
