Shift Type: Flexible schedule open to days, evenings, and weekends. Staffing varies according to sports schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert injury prevention and care for Women’s Soccer athletes
Serve as the primary healthcare provider for NCAA DII Minot State University team
Assist fellow Athletic Trainers with minimal coverage as needed
Deliver hands-on rehabilitation and performance enhancement services
Foster a safe and supportive environment for student-athletes to thrive

Qualifications

Certified Athletic Trainer licensure in good standing
Experience working with collegiate sports programs preferred
Availability for flexible days, evenings, and weekends
Passionate about sports medicine and athlete wellness

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
Master’s degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sports injury assessment and treatment
Skilled in rehabilitation protocols and emergency care
Excellent communication for collaborating with coaches and athletes
Adaptable to varying schedules and team needs
