Location: Bakersfield, CA
Start Date: 06-19-2026
End Date: 09-18-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with rotational call after hours, Friday 4 pm through Monday 7:30 am, and on-call rotation on holidays
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform IR technologist duties in a fast-paced interventional radiology setting
- Work effectively with the radiology management team and other healthcare professionals
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment
- Provide support for various types of patients and procedures
Qualifications
- ARRT (RT)(R) certification preferred
- Experience as an IR Technologist or in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Knowledge & Skills
- Interventional radiology techniques and procedures
- Medical imaging equipment operation and maintenance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR) systems like CERNER/RADNET
