Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases including OB, bariatric, vascular and urology
• Perform thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia administration and maintain patient stability throughout procedures
• Lead post-anesthesia care and handoffs, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff and the anesthesia team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in the call rotation and provide timely responses for assigned cases and post-call coverage
• Use Epic to document care, review charts and communicate effectively within the EMR

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential (required)
• Comfortable using Epic EMR for documentation and communication
• Experience or interest in providing anesthesia for OB, bariatric, vascular and urology cases
• Accepting new graduate candidates — bring your energy and training!
• Open to H-1B visa candidates; J-1 waivers cannot be accepted
• Not accepting Locums candidates (this is a hospital-employed permanent role)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong anesthesia knowledge and perioperative clinical judgment
• Hands-on familiarity with OB, bariatric, vascular and urology case management
• Comfortable navigating Epic for charting and communication
• Ability to function well on a team and contribute to positive morale
• Call management skills and ability to handle urgent perioperative needs
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams
