Location: Sacramento, California

Start Date: 07-21-2026

End Date: 10-20-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible shifts including weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Weeknight call is Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Weekend call is 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM (24 hr call). Holiday call is 24 hr call. Mandatory call/standby requirement with 30 minutes response time.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with surgical procedures in the Operating Room
Operate robotic equipment for DaVinci cases and total joints
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to hospital protocols
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications

Surgical Tech or OR Tech experience required
Ability to perform DaVinci robotic cases and total joints independently
Completion of at least 1 travel assignment preferred
Certification not required, but preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical technology
Operating Room procedures
Robotic equipment operation
Sterile technique and infection control
