Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to residents, tailoring individualized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence‑based interventions that promote communication and quality of life
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians—to ensure holistic care
• Document progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and home‑based exercises to maximize therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts
• Certified by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 0 years of clinical experience (entry‑level positions welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
