Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (weekend flexibility)
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $44/hr-$55/hr

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to residents, tailoring individualized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence‑based interventions that promote communication and quality of life
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians—to ensure holistic care
- Document progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and home‑based exercises to maximize therapeutic outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts
- Certified by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent
- Minimum of 0 years of clinical experience (entry‑level positions welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
