Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to oncology and trauma patients
Administer chemotherapy and other critical medications
Titrate IV drips and monitor vital signs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Document patient progress in EPIC
Participate in patient education and rounding
Float between PCU, MedSurg units as needed

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
ACLS and BLS certification
Oncology certification preferred
1 year experience in PCU or MedSurg
Experience with chemotherapy and IV pumps
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and critical care
IV therapy and medication administration
Chemotherapy protocols
Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring
EPIC EMR proficiency
IV pump management (Alaris)
Patient safety and infection control
Cultural competency
