Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care
Participate in SIMs Lab and other educational activities to maintain competency
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including those related to sterile field and patient safety

Qualifications

At least 2 years of ER experience
6 months of Trauma Level 1 experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
TNCC and ATCN certifications preferred
Ability to pass a DYS exam and a pass/fail exam on day 1 of orientation

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

ED/Trauma experience
Cerner EMR
Phillips monitors
Trauma Level 1 experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
TNCC and ATCN certifications
