Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a psych unit
Assist with 15-minute rounds and patient care activities
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Utilize strong communication and de-escalation skills
Participate in unit-specific orientation and training

Qualifications

Current RN license
1 year of experience in acute/inpatient psych nursing
BLS certification required, CPI preferred
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Psychiatric nursing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
De-escalation and crisis management techniques
Ability to work with diverse patient populations
