Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Manage patients' conditions and develop effective care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Operate EPIC EMR system and other medical equipment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Washington state
- ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS (or ENPC), NRP-preferred certifications
- ED Staff RN skills and experience with critical drips
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high patient volume
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing skills
- Critical care experience
- Electronic medical records (EPIC)
- Communication and teamwork skills
