Location: Garden City, Kansas
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 10-12-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Yes for self scheduling. Elective cases are Monday- Friday from 0800-1600. Call is 24/7. Weekend Requirements: Yes- on call. Holiday Requirements: Yes- on call.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments
- Lead and manage a team of nurses
- Provide pre and recovery care for patients
- Support bedside procedures and moderate sedation
- Enhance nursing competency and build a positive team culture
Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience
- 3 years of RN experience
- 1 year of clinical leadership experience
- ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency certifications
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care and telemetry experience
- Fluoro license
- Titration of drips and management of vasoactive medications
- Leadership and team management skills
