Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to patients across critical care and emergency settings
Manage ventilator operations and perform essential procedures like bronchoscopies and blood draws
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 3-8 respiratory therapists to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
Adapt quickly to variable patient ratios and prioritize care under pressure
Utilize advanced equipment including ventilators, BiPAPs, oxygen delivery systems, and Vapotherm

Qualifications

Active RRT or CRT credential required
Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
Critical care experience strongly preferred
ER experience is a plus
Ability to work rotating weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech EMR system
Strong ventilator management and airway support skills
Excellent prioritization and stress management abilities
Comfortable performing blood draws and bronchoscopy assistance
Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
