Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
• BLS certification required
• Experience in rehab or long-term care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in medication administration
• Skill in patient assessment and monitoring
• Ability to use electronic medical records
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
