• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: All gestational ages, candidates must have level 3 NICU experience, being able to attend deliveries is preferred, no ecmo, MUST have 2-3 years' NICU experience and travel experience is preferred. They will transfer patients out for surgery, Spanish speaking nurses is preferred, they take care of a lot of premies, sepsis, cooling-exp with cooling preferred, substance abuse/withdrawal
