Education

• Float Pool Experience Requirements: Must have 2 years (or more) experience in Med/Surg/Tele. Level I trauma center and teaching hospital experience preferred due to the complexity and the acuity of the patient population on all the units. Travelers must understand that that they will be floated & will not have an opportunity to refuse, stating that they ""don't do"" or ""won't do"" in regards to floating."
