Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients with spinal, neuro, and trauma conditions
- Manage complex cases including quadriplegics and paraplegics
- Collaborate with surgical teams in a fast-paced trauma environment
- Document patient care using EPIC electronic health records
- Respond to urgent situations including gunshot wound cases
- Deliver exceptional nursing care that makes a real difference in patients' lives
Qualifications
- Active RN license verified through Nursys
- Minimum 2 years experience in Medical/Surgical specialty
- EPIC experience required
- Current certification card
- Clean work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
- Skills checklist and professional references
Knowledge & Skills
- EPIC electronic health record system
- Medical/Surgical nursing expertise
- Trauma and neuro patient care
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work in high-acuity environments
