Location: Kearney, Nebraska

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 0630-1830 and 1830-0630, every other weekend, and holidays on a rotating basis with permanent staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Ortho setting
Titrate drips and manage medications as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in Med Surg / Ortho setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Med Surg and Ortho nursing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
