Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, Day and night shifts start at 6:45 AM/PM, Midshifts start at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, every other weekend, holidays worked in with perm staff rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
Assess and prioritize patients' needs in a dynamic and often unpredictable setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
Perform various medical procedures and interventions as needed
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make sound judgments

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Ability to pass the ADVANCED Dysrhythmia test (83%) within three attempts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in an emergency room setting

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
