Location: College Station, Texas

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, Day and night shifts start at 6:45 AM/PM, every other weekend, holidays worked in with perm staff rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Troubleshoot and manage various medical equipment
Read and interpret EKG strips and other medical data
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Participate in unit-specific orientation and training

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Experience working in an ER or similar setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ER procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients
Basic computer skills and electronic medical record experience
