Rad Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: North Richland Hills, Texas
Start Date: 05-11-2025
End Date: 08-10-2025
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with call required and alternating weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub cardiac cath cases including STEMI call procedures
- Assist with IR and EP cases when experienced
- Monitor procedures using Maclab charting system
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of RNs and techs
- Support patient transport and room turnover across partner facilities
- Maintain equipment readiness for GE Xray, Impella, IABP, and advanced imaging tools
Qualifications
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience
- Proven ability to scrub cath cases independently
- Willingness to take call and work alternating weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac cath lab procedures and sterile technique
- Familiarity with GE Xray equipment and advanced tools like IVUS/OCT
- Maclab monitoring and Meditech EMR experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Comfort with floating to partner hospital cath labs
