Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Guide and supervise therapeutic exercises to restore mobility and strength
• Document progress notes and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in acute or post‑acute rehab preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurologic rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in gait training, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities
• Ability to evaluate functional outcomes and modify interventions
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
