Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self‑management techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia
• Minimum of 0 years experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment
